Shipping Online Orders

PLEASE NOTE: *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding traditional Bank Holidays.

If an overseas shipment is required or you’re shipping to an APO/FPO or PO Box, please contact us.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@ggnuk.uk or +44-(0)757-881-6616.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


Shipping

Important for Cisco products:

We can ship to the UK and EU. Note that there are restrictions on some Cisco products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
